Postnuptial Agreement

Postnuptial Agreements have become public due to high profile cases like that of Tiger Woods. A Postnuptial Agreement may help resolve issues in the marriage by limiting sources of disagreement like finances, assets, children, and chores. Postnuptial agreements can be used after an incident in the marriage to control behaviors like adultery, overspending, a child’s education, and employment.

A Postnuptial Agreement may be necessary for you if the financial status of either spouse changes due to things like a career change, inheritance, change in investment income, and selling a business.
